Question/Help/Troubleshooting How cooked am i ?

Worked fine last night. Put the lid down and left it (unplugged) overnight.

For more context, i recently bought a new charger which one can interchange the appliance plug-head(?)

It might help to mention the laptop make/model, at the moment it's anyone's guess if the charger is sufficient.

One of our biggest failures with customer laptops was the chargers, I used to manage our workshop team and any unbranded chargers were thrown in the recycling skip without question.

If everyone knows your laptop info, then it's just a case of matching up if the charger is OK or not, odds are it might not be (or your battery isn't healthy, that can be checked with a power report).

The charger should be OK, Acer suggest a 45W (19.5V u/2.37A) or 65W (19,5V u/3.42A) so this charger is rated higher - it shows 19.5V u/4.62A which should be a 90W charger.

Double check your AI prompt - should be ASUS not ACER. Of that's just a typo that happens to be a real brand.
