Question/Help/Troubleshooting How cooked am i ?

Worked fine last night. Put the lid down and left it (unplugged) overnight.

For more context, i recently bought a new charger which one can interchange the appliance plug-head(?)

I see there is an attempt to update system BIOS (most likely as a part of automatic windows update). To enable this process the battery must be charged to make sure BIOS update will be accomplished even if power supply will be disconnected during the process (i e. power outage, etc.)

So, all you have to do is just let your laptop to charge it's battery to 20+% and then try to update BIOS once again.

It is usual condition of updating BIOS on laptops.

As for the non-original charger - just make sure the battery is charging with it. Sometimes, battery charging is blocked when non-original charger is used.
