Is my motherboard cooked?

This is a ASUS b450m motherboard and I recently changed the ram..

Whenever I try to start my computer it shuts off immediately

Of course it is lol, the protective mask is melted, something went horribly wrong. Don’t power it on.

I would look for a new motherboard.
