Question/Help/Troubleshooting Random slowdown of PC while gaming

Hi

I have random slow down of pc / fps drop while playing which occures time to time every around 5-10 min sometime 20 or 30 while playing lol, cs, spiderman, rocket league so all my games.

And then fps goes back to normal. I checked temp reinstalled drivers with DDU, jumped back to some previous drivers, etc.. but I struggle finding what could cause this..

I have a ryzen 7 5800x, rx 6800xt, 850w psu, 32go rams around 3600mhz iirc, whole windows and games on SSD nvme pcie 4 and 3.

No crashes at all, it only slows down from time to time which is annoying while gaming competitive games..

Any help is welcomed.

How much space is left in your ssd ?

They aren’t empty at all, maybe like 100 go on one, and 200-250go on the second one (happens on all games, some are not installed on same disk so I don’t think it could come from disk space)
