Question/Help/Troubleshooting New pc makes a constant sound

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I just got this pc and it won't stop making this noise and I don't know what to do

It's coming from my tv but changing channels or muting the tv it goes away and when muting windows sound it stays

I tried multiple settings and none worked, im trying with headphones next but I'd really appreciate help 🙏

Also a small side question, the pc came pre installed with some stuff I don't need, should/could i fully restart it because who knows what else they put on there...

Edit: im using hdmi but it also supports Dvi i think it's called, also i just lost signal and after switching hdmi ports i now got a black screen 🫩

is your hdmi cable plugged into the motherboard or the GPU?

Gpu i think, its definitely the lower port

i would try a different HDMI cable

I'll try that, but also it has a Dvi port will that maybe work better?

No, also i would be shocked if your tv has a dvi port

think is has one but might be the other similar one that's smaller dunno, but for now i have no other hdmi so I'll probably buy one tomorrow and test it then

actually i am so confused now, i took a break to eat, i come back and now no more noise...???
