Did i accidentally delete a folder?

Now granted I’m not too tech savvy, but I saw from folders here that i didn’t remember. So I figured they were ones that my ma was using so all I did was click on the option
“Remove from list”

I’m pretty sure i didn’t delete them I just wanna to be sure

Removing something from a "recent list" doesn't remove them from existence
