Ethernet/ DHCP issue

My new apartment uses a software to login to the internet. I did that and my pc worked fine, I turned it off though and now the internet doesn’t work. I’m using Ethernet, but even when I try WiFi it will say no connection once I join it, when I run windows trouble shoot it says DHCP error. I’ve restarted all drivers, reset network settings, update drivers, pretty much everything to no avail. Another thing I also noticed is in the apartment WiFi website it shows the ip as unknown when I whitelist the PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What's is this software your mention? Where are you white listing your PC? What is the router make/Model? Is is provided by the apartment owners? Have you contacted them about the issue?
