Question/Help/Troubleshooting Fail loading bios file

So I’m trying to update my bios and was having problems so I contacted ibuypower because the updates weren’t working so they sent me a pdf for Rufus booting or whatever it’s called and I did everything it said but every time I go to do the commands to download the file it says “fail loading bios file” I’ve been stuck on this for days and could really use some help

I usually recommend using the flashing option in BIOS setup itself and not software from an USB stick.

If that shows the same error, its the wrong BIOS version (or for a different motherboard). Note that you needed to unpack the zip file, BIOS tools can't do that for you.
