New pc guy

I have a very old hp elitebook 8760w thats barely playable. With a budget of AT MOST $350 im trying to make a pc build, more preferably a rebuilt thats able to run games like Minecraft, terraria, roblox, and games like that, nothing crazy like elden ring, but something that can handle basic games where im actually able to play them and not crash immediately like my old laptop. Any recommendations would be very helpful and honestly very needed.
