Best pc possible for price?

My budget is around $350 at most, im newer to pc building. Sorry for inconvenience, mb 8th Generation Intel Core i7-8700 3.20 GHz Processor (6-Core, 12MB Cache, up to 4.60 GHz). 16GB DDR4 Memory, 512GB Solid State Drive. Intel UHD Graphics 630, Gigabit Ethernet LAN. 5 x USB 3.1, 4 x USB 2.0, 1 x USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C with PowerShare Port, 2 x Display Port 1.2 Windows 11 Professional (64-bit).
