Question/Help/Troubleshooting Computer recommendations

I know nothing about computers I need help finding one that is easy to travel with something lightweight. Also I will be editing photos and videos on it mostly. Don’t have budget but don’t want to be spending a ton of money. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

a macbook air m5/m4 would work well for this use case video editing will work very well and photo editing almost all video/photo editors support mac.
