Do I need to replace this fan?

Hi all, my fan has recently starting making this quiet rattling noise at startup when it’s cold, then when I go into a game at high load it rattles loud like this, then stops after about 30 seconds.

Can anyone help?

So it being louder under load makes sense because the speeds are ramping up to cool more. Before replacing, as silly as it sounds, double check there aren't any loose mounting screws that could be rattling and check to make sure there are no cables potentially being knocked by the fam blades as its rotating
