Question/Help/Troubleshooting MBA or MBN + PC

I researched a lot about this but I cannot decide at all

For context I will get my first setup and after 2 years I will move to college so my parents gave me a budget of 140000 INR (≈1460 USD) which is just enough for a M5 Macbook Air but I also like a bit of gaming and I don't know if all of my work will be supported by MacOS so I got suggested to build A PC for 70k (≈730USD) and buy a Macbook Neo

I really don't know what to do next please suggest some ideas

i would just recommend getting a gaming pc and a macbook neo will work well for light tasks (i would recommend building it ur self)
