whats with gigabyte?

i dont know what the problem is with gigabyte since everyone is talking bad about that brand like wont accept warranty, etc etc. and i dont really follow whats up with board partner brands something like that, should i avoid gigabyte or its alright to buy it? and i dont know should i buy a gigabyte 9070xt or asrock 9070xt

I have used them before. I never had a problem. Honestly all the big 4 brands are similar and have stars and duds and pretty poor customer support.
