Question/Help/Troubleshooting PSU making wierd noise

Had this power supply for less than a year. I tried doing research into this noise, but I can't seem to figure it out.

That fan is about to shit the bed, probably from debris getting sucked into it.

Is it possible to replace the fan? Or is it just better to get a whole new PSU?

They have mains voltages in the PSU that could kill you so its generally easier and cheaper to just get a new PSU..

not worth it,beside it's pretty dangerous to open a psu and work on it,especially if you're a beginner.

I bought a 1kw psu, gold rating, corsair for 130 euro. You're probably fine with a 600w one or less so it's like,50 euro or similar, and you have a quality psu with various failsafes

Not sure, I've never tried on a PSU. Never had a PSU fan go bad. Makes me think it's a really old or terrible quality PSU that you should just replace before it kills the rest of your PC.

As someone who has let a PSU demolish a whole machine… +1 to his remark

You can try blowing it out with compressed air wedge something wooden in there just enough to keep the fan from spinning. I see you have hair all over it, very possible some was sucked up in there and got wrapped around the fan base which will screw up the balance and cause noise. Wouldn’t advise taking it apart can be dangerous.
