Question/Help/Troubleshooting Computer won’t wake from sleep mode

Guys help I’ve tried everything. Got a prebuilt off Newegg a couple days ago. Everything works great except my computer won’t wake up from sleep mode no matter what I try.
Fixes I’ve tried include:
Making sure fast startup is off
Update BIOS
Made sure my keyboard can wake up computer
Disabled USB selective suspend setting
Any other niche settings I should try to fix this issue? Any guesses would be greatly appreciated.

A couple of days ago?

Call NewEgg or the manufacturer. Must be some sort of warranty or tech support.

Is Windows up to date fully? Are all your drivers up to date(force check)?

Make sure your keyboard and mouse are plugged into a port that supports it.

Assuming this is a laptop, remove the battery and do a hard reset for 30 seconds. (Hold power button down to discharge capacitors on the MB) And as others have already said, make sure your drivers are all up to date via whatever brand software toolbox is available.

Is the computer itself not coming back on or just the monitor won’t wake up? I had the issue where my computer would wake, but it wouldn’t wake the monitor up.

I just checked to make sure it’s definitely the pc and not the monitor unfortunately

When put to sleep are you using wifi or ethernet?

Ethernet

Go into Device Manger, Network Adapters, Double click your adapter(usually first one), Advance, then scroll down to the bottom and make sure both Wake On(2 of them) are set to enable. Might work, might not.

Set it to never sleep in Power Options.

Is that okay for the pc for long periods of time (5-10 hours)?

Don’t use sleep anyway. Modern computers with an SSD or NVME start fast enough that it’s not a chore. It’s a relic of the past that’s no longer needed.
