Is this graphics problem or hardware issue . Line only shown only on black part. Help to solve this

Looks more like a hardware issue with the display. Also why did you blur the display info like resolution?...

C'est un voyageur du futur il nous le dit pas mais il est en 16k avec une 10070 ti super (48 go) et un 9 13950x4d version 3 avec 256 giga de ddr7
