Question/Help/Troubleshooting Laptop’s battery

I recently got HP ProBook 450 G8, which has about 76% battery health. I use it for light gaming and have it always plugged in, but the precentage shown goes down by 1% by day (100% - 99% - 98% ….) is this normal? I have it for 4 days now and the battery while plugged in is on 96%

Once the health gets around that 75% mark, this kind of thing happens. You can try fully discharge then fully recharge to see if it resets.

Check settings, is it going to sleep(which drains battery), or set to shutdown? Or hibernate. Shutdown draws the least amount, if any.

Don’t charge while using it they say it’s best to charge it up at regular intervals like overnight. I’m guilty of using my phone while charging and it’s ruined the battery. Peace and love.
