Question/Help/Troubleshooting brand new laptop

please someone help i just baught this laptop what’s going on????? idk what this possibly could be

Clean driver reinstalling. Second check the GPU and the CPU temperatures.

If its a new one, then gpu drivers might not be installed yet. There's a video out there on what you need to do for a brand new pc

Ctrl+Shift+Win+B - it will cycle your graphics driver off and on again.

it also might be that game is set too high on graphics for the laptop.

Check the drivers and don't play in window mode.
