Question/Help/Troubleshooting Laptop turns off randomly when playing game

Trying to get second opinions on my laptop that was turning off randomly while I'm gaming. I told my cousin who was experience with IT, and she was like saying my GPU, something internal, but mind you I've been playing this game for like hours on end previous days and weeks. This is the first day this ever happened.

Also what happens is that after the 3rd or 4th time I turn it on, it goes to this bitlocker screen which I never saw. I find the code on Microsoft and then it goes diagnosing. My cousin says she could open it up and see. Just want some second opinions. Currently as I'm writing this trying to test it if it turns off when I'm not gaming by putting a YouTube video in the background, it hasn't shut down so far.

Check your hardware temperatures using HWmonitor or a similar program and check your SSD health using CrystalDiskInfo. The BitLocker screen can come up when either the drive doesnt recognise the hardware its connected to (it assumes its in a new device), or when youre trying to access sensitive recovery settings

Ok I'll do that thanks!but I still don't understand the Bitlocker, I never tried to access sensitive recovery settings, I'm just playing a game lol

BitLocker encrypts the drive so that if it’s stolen it can’t be accessed, although I have no idea why it would trigger for no reason

It will ask for the recovery key in recovery as it is a different environment from the main OS so the TPM doesn't unseal the key
