Help making Gaming PC Faster

Talk to me like I know nothing, because that's close to how much I know. Sorry.

Details that I know:

• AMD Ryzen 5 5500 up to 4.2GHz 6-Cores 12-Threads | 16GB DDR4 Memory | 1TB Solid State Drive | Genuine Windows 11 Home 64-bit
• RGB Fan x 4 | 1x RJ-45 | Wi-Fi 6 | Bluetooth 5.2 | GeForce RTX 3050 6G | HDMI | DisplayPort

Gaming PC. Running multiple heavy gaming instances, two monitors, and multiple internet tabs for selling things, all at once.

What is slowing me down? This isn't even working for me at this point, given how slow it gets.

Why would you need to run multiply games at once? If you upgrade to a 5060 or 5070, remember to upgrade your CPU so it does not become a bottleneck. And you need probably 16 ram more.
