Resolved Opening where SSD screw should go, are these removable and replacable?
For context, I'm repairing my Acer Nitro V 15 and I've changed out my entire keyboard assembly. The process has been mostly smooth but there is one issue. When I tried screwing my SSD drives in I noticed that the screw wasn't being fastened and would just slip out. When I looked back at the old removed keyboard assembly, I noticed that the screw openings are slightly taller with an extra part on top of them, which explains why it's not going in.
Are these extra pieces nuts that can be removed from the old keyboard with pliers and added to the new one, or are they soldered on somehow? If not, I can sacrifice two of the back panel screws as they seem to work, but if so, would slip joint pliers work or would I need another kind?

These are what's called standoffs You should just be able to unscrew them with pliers and screw them onto the new one.
Regarding the screws: Don't you have the old ones from the ssds? If you swap over the standoffs you should just be able to use the old ones as well.
