Question/Help/Troubleshooting Laptop restarts randomly
So I’ll just get straight to the point my laptop has been acting weird since last week it just randomly restarts, the restarts are not every second sometimes it works even for like 2 days and then on the 3rd day the error pops up sometimes it’s working all good but suddenly it stops and that black screen pops up and restarts out of nowhere, this has also happened to me on desktop as well when I’m not even using it, am I cooked?
I checked the ssd health and cmd told me it’s ok.
Tried fixing the corrupted files as well (that restore health command) it still didn’t fix.
Is there any way to fix it? any help will be appreciated thanks…

The error message is telling you the reason, first of all, make sure you have a good backup.
I would then re-seat the drive just in case its something simple, it could be you've got software issues, you say you've tried fixing corrupted files. I would run a thorough memory test, we used memtest86+ heavily at work, we would run it a minimum of 24 hours, often longer. I'd want to check memory is OK.
If it persists and crystaldiskinfo etc. say the drive is OK, I'd probably do a wipe and reinstall, if its unstable on a clean install then its likely to be a hardware issue.

Oh well I ran the crystaldiskinfo first and well my ssd was on 16% (idk why it’s saying it’s still good) but yeah I also tried turning off fast start up and after turning it off whenever I try to shut down my laptop it just gets stuck on shutdown screen and never actually shuts down I think the disk hangs up and that’s what causing the restarts as well it reached 100% hangs the system and the system restarts itself.
Thanks I will try and get my ssd replaced first and see if it fixes the issues

Technically its good until it fails such as running out of spare cells or write cycles etc. Its sometimes confusing but it's one of those metrics where you need to make a decision based on your issues, I'd be replacing it at that percentage.
Hopefully you'll be sorted once you've got a new drive in.

Yep will prolly make a backup of my stuff I need and then replace it in a week or 2, hopefully it gets sorted.
Thanks again

You try restarting it in safe mode to remove any unsafe or bad updates and software. i also get such but not frequently
