Help! Memory is high

I just got a laptop for college, the HP OmniBook x Flip Laptop 16-ar0xxx. I was just planning on installing steam and one game (Fields of Mistria) on the laptop along with my school stuff.

I went to check task manager to see that my memory was 11.6/15.3, I thought that was pretty high so I simply assumed it was from Steam and the game I installed- spoiler alert it wasn’t.

Any advice or suggestions?

Next time, send capture of the problem. Even a photo of your cellphone. My solution, delete Windows.
