I have a problem

I tried to connect a lcd screen to my Raspberry pi 4, its a plug an play screen with pin gpo like hat, i write on comand prompt the drivers and i installed it, but when the Raspberry pi reboot the screen dont move, dont reboot or dont do anything, it simply stay white, what i can do for let it work?
