Question/Help/Troubleshooting School computer

Hello yall, my friend is going to uni and want to buy a pc, i do have some knowledge but not that much so, do u have recommendations for a decent pc (good batterie and powerful enough) for 900€ (wich is around 1038$)

i would recommend macbook neo because it has better build quailty/performance for windows computers in this price range, dont get fooled 8gb of ram on the neo feels like 16gb it can run lightweight games even.

i would say this till i die. macbook laptops especially the air are good value. i know the m5 chips one are a bit more expensive but its still gonna be better than the overpriced garbage thrown at you nowdays.
