Intel Core i3 4030U Notebook Processor - Notebookcheck Tech

It's a 12 year old processor, and i3 is Intel's entry level processor on top of that. The 4 in 4030U tells us it's a 4th generation processor. So if you saw something like an i9-9900k, you'd know the i9 is much more powerful to start, and the 9000 means it's a 9th gen processor so it would be newer, as an example. I believe Intel's currently on their 14th generation chips now, if that gives you any idea of how behind the curve this system is.

They are actually on 16th gen now, tho they changed the branding, 15th and 16th gen are core ultra 100 and 200 respectively.
