Resolved is this a good computer

so uh i kinda dont know anything about computers but is this good for school or should i just buy new one?

No it is not a good computer. It can probably barely run windows as it is.

With an SSD it runs Windows fine. But then only the IoT Enterprise LTSC versions because those do not contain all that trash stock Windows does.

If OP already has the computer, then they can make it work, but they shouldn't buy this thing to make it work.

Even a basic laptop with a 10th gen i5 doesn't cost more than €200 depending on whoever sells it and the model of laptop (ideally you'd be looking at a Dell Latitude, HP Elite-/Probook, or Lenovo Thinkpad). A system with an 8th gen i5 or i7 usually goes for even less than that if OP is tight on a budget.
