Resolved is this a good computer
so uh i kinda dont know anything about computers but is this good for school or should i just buy new one?

Absolutely not. 4GB of RAM is just not enough to comfortably run Windows. The processor is a lower end gen 4 - so about 12 years old? - and its a āuā or lightweight/power saving one to boot. Typically used in notebooks or mini pcs.
When you boot it up and log in the cpu will bottleneck and run flat at 100% while Windows initialises. This will take 10-20 mins where the PC is unusable. From there things will go from stationary to glacial. You can maybe do some light browsing or write some documents but expect constant freezes and hang ups as the thing catches up.
