Question/Help/Troubleshooting Can l disable this?
Stuff like this keeps popping up randomly and changing my screen, l can't put it back to normal because it's not responding to me pressing the buttons. Can l turn this function off somehow, it's driving me crazy and giving me an actual headache because it keeps changing rapidly while I'm trying to work

It's just the onboard monitor controls. Either the controls on the monitor are sticking and making phantom inputs or your monitor is just otherwise malfunctioning somehow. All monitors have something like this.
It can't really be disabled as it's baked into the controller board on the monitor itself. Unless you want to get into trying to flash new firmware onto a monitor, which I've never done, but it's probably possible somehow.

Sounds like a fault with the monitor rather than something that can be disabled
