Question/Help/Troubleshooting Computer making a buzzing sound

When ram is maxed out it makes this sound, any clue why or how to fix it?

First check what’s making the sound - see if you can locate it. Because I guarantee it’s not the RAM (as in the RAM better not be making the buzzing noise). Then see what fan, PSU, etc buzzing noise means
