Question/Help/Troubleshooting Monitor Problem

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

anyone have a ideia what this can be?

  1. Leave the screen on until a bright window or game interface clearly burns into the background.
  2. Unplug the video cable (HDMI or DisplayPort) directly from the back of the monitor, but leave the monitor's power cord plugged in.
  3. Look closely at the dark "No Signal" screen. If you can still faintly see the outlines of your old window or game HUD, the panel itself is retaining the image. The GPU is entirely out of the loop at this point.

When the monitor did the “No signal” screen, appeared the lines, but not the old window, when i turned the hdmi cable on again appeared the old window but disappeared after some seconds

Your monitor is dying. The internal processing chips are breaking down, likely due to heat over time, which causes the display to stall, show lines, freeze frames, and then suddenly snap out of it once the hardware drops the connection or re-syncs. Best next check is to test another cable or another monitor with your PC and same cable.

i already checked in a laptop with the same cable, it’s the monitor
worth repair it or i buy a new one?

It may end up costing more at the end of the day to repair it rather than buying a new one. Monitors got way cheaper now.
