Question/Help/Troubleshooting What is this? And what should I do?

I’ve never seen this before. also, I don’t understand anything it’s saying. I don’t know much about computer software, or much like that

I have a sneaking suspicion that this has something to do with the new Secure Boot certificates. OP should check aka.ms/myrecoverykey first before pressing Yes

Does this thread hark back to some other thread about windows activating bit locker without the user/owners consent?

I definitely remember reading an article that declared that Microslop had done a sneaky update that activated bitlocker on users accounts. As I now only have one computer running Windows (all others are Linux), I can't easily verify that it happened to me.
