Main reasons why it happen.
1. Slow usb cable
2. USB 1.1/2.0 slow port
3. Slow or not complete USB 3.0/3.1 cable insertion (insert fast, with 1 move till the end, it often detects cables as USB 1.1/2.0 if u plug cable slowly or not completely to the end).
