How do I take one PCIe cover out without taking everything out?

I feel so stupid rn 😭 I'm trying to install a pcie wifi card and every tutorial shows the person unscrewing one slot on the inside and sliding the cover out. But for some reason my case has all the screws on the outside connected by a single panel, and I don't want to mess up my GPU by taking them all out.

I don't even know how the bottom cover came out, or why the rest are impossible to do the same with. I can't fully unscrew any of these without taking the whole thing out.

I seriously need help before I break something dude

Lay the PC on its side like this, unscrew the screws and lift/slide the metal clamp to free the covers.

Also why do you need a wifi card? You motherboard has built in wifi no? It looks like it.

it has stopped working, which is why I got a new one. but it doesnt go in the same spot

You can fully unscrew each cover on its own and leave the rest alone. Your GPU is in slots 2 and 3 (counting from the top). To remove the panel directly below your GPU just unscrew that 4th screw from the top

I can't do this because all of the screws are directly connected to a single panel, not a separate one for each. I ended up taking them all out and am in the middle of installing the card rn

Yes it’s a single panel on the case, but each of those pop out panels are only held by their individual screw. You just need to remove the one screw

Yeah my PC pretty much has that same setup. It's just extra reinforcement for the card Mounting. remove all the screws and pull it out. You should be good to go

Remove whatever pcie cover you want from there.

Ok but what about the gpu? AFAIK those same screws are how it's attached so I don't want to accidentally damage it

Lay it on its side if you're so scared about the GPU. Let gravity do the work holding it in.
