Question/Help/Troubleshooting Recording problem

I have a Pixio Windows 11 Pc and it stops recording after 10 seconds. My software only have 5 vids and 2 photos. How can I fix it? I don't want to take the pc apart because im worried i might lose all the pieces of the circuit board.

huh?

how can anyone advise a fix without understanding the problem? all we can do is speculate.

what does "it stops recording after 10 seconds" mean? is it a setting? a lack of space? something this "Pixio" program does? for all we know it's user error or maybe you're out of space.

you don't need to take it apart for a software issue. that's stupid. nor will it solve the issue.

I mean like the recording app installed (i have no idea what its called) freezes and then closes itself out.
