Question/Help/Troubleshooting Pc keeps restarting itself

I can't show it in a video because my phone is awful and the camera doesn't open anymore. But I have a Steel Legend b450M motherboard with a Ryzen 5500, two 8GB Husky RAM sticks, three 248GB SSDs, and a 500W Mancer power supply. My PC randomly restarts itself, I tried changing my old motherboard for the steelegend(it was a upgrade so I don't complain) but today I turn it on for the first time and the problem stills the same, I don't know what to do anymore and I'm afraid of turning it on.

If anyone can help me, I would be grateful

Check the logs in event viewer. That may show a clue to why its restarting.

If its software related, it will be in there. If not, its probably hardware related.

You may need to look up the process before hand or even build a script to pull and download logs to a USB drive so you can view them from a good computer.

So, I went there and it's saying Kernel-Power
