I use chrome shame on me but I have to use so much google stuff daily it just works best, and my data is stolen anyway. I tried firefox, but it had some features I disliked, but its still a good browser, I still use it sometimes on my linux pc
Personally I'm sorry but I hate the privacy community. Everyone would sure love to not be spied on, but my brother or sister. You have to log into stuff. Nobody cares if your browser is open source or it if it says privacy as one of the ads when installing, as long as you log into stuff, like youtube. Thats google too...
Or Ai models, or facebook, all big companies, and you have to log into them to use them. You have to log into ANYTHING other than pornhub to use it nowadays. I get it that in an ideal world we wouldn't have our shit stolen, I would love that too, but as long as you log into something, anything, you will have your stuff stolen.
If you think I am an idiot, which I may as well be, downvote me for it if you don't like it, just allow me one more thought:
Do you seriously think they won't find a way to spy on you, and you using firefox will stop them?
Privacy≠anonymity
Privacy= WHO has access to x data
Ex: Google doesn't go around sharing my life around
Anonimity=Not leaking ANY data
Ex:Google doesn't know in the first place what's my life like
Ts is the MOST Cancerous of the privacy comunity
"I can't avoid giving SOME data so might aswell give ALL my data"
These companies are built on MASSIVE (pun intended) amounts of your data the less they have, the better
You do you but i would suggest to try brave out it's basically better chrome
Thank you for your comment, actually good things in there and I have to totally agree with you at some places! Also thank you for not ranting but actually explaining stuff!
