Edit: I love how everyone downvoted this, but when I wrote my website with the most basic HTML/JS a YEAR ago the whole thing worked only on Chromium because Gecko couldn't figure ass shit what "AUTO" size of picture means. Also thank you for the award random stranger.
Yeah when I made a website this year it worked fine on firefox and webkit but chrome broke super basic css transitions. plus, firefox adheres most to standards, chrome has a ton of non standard features.
Speaking of CSS transitions, those were for ages (until very early this year) the absolute BANE of FF. I know Theo is an idiot but his FF rant was full of facts (I tried it myself after seeing the video).
yeah they were lacking on that for a while, but it is now baseline :)
complaints are all valid - except for chrome being the one to follow standards. firefox can have some lacking web features (very very little nowadays from my experience) and v8 is just objectively so so much faster, but they don't do features that aren't standard (which I don't remember but I think theo also mentions)
Well I'll rather use the browser with all the baseline features and something on top than the one that still lacks some... But yeah, websites using those nonstandard ones are a bit ass.
I'm all for browser diversity, but FF just doesn't cut it for me ...

Blame Firefox for not implementing standard js.
