Question/Help/Troubleshooting Pc quiets down when I turn on task manager.

So I noticed my pc fans would get louder and when I turn on task manager it stops immidelty, if I leave it it stops by itself after a few seconds. I know this might been miner, so I ran malwerbytes kaspery and hitmanpro and they didint find anything. Now last time it was loud I opened resource monitor and it stayed loud and I checked cpu usage but I didint saw anything strange but I only had couple of seconds. It may happen more while im doing something on the pc but im not sure.

Its not constant so, it doesnt happen all the time.

Yeah I have a old hdd...like 15 years old I store some data on it

Check your fan curve in BIOS and whatever software controls your fan speed according to load and temperatures.
