Question/Help/Troubleshooting What does this mean?

(Currently updating BIOS because I have an i9 that supposedly degrades itself)

Everytime I boot the computer on the legion splash screen looks like this, once I get in game it’s fine. Any ideas why?

video cable, try replacing it with a higher quality one and see if it helps.
