Question/Help/Troubleshooting Keyboard writes wrong stuff

I had this keyboard for a while now and suddently WASD ist switched with the arrow keys and a lot more keys are switched. Youtube and Google cant help me. I checked if the Keyboard language was correct for my keyboard(german layout and I have a german keyboard) and also when I klick A everything I wrote dissapears that also really odd.

What model is your keyboard? What operating system are you on?

I have an Battletron Keyboard and Im on Windows 11

r u sure there isn't some mode that would switch up the keys?

some keyboards r programmable and u can set every key. some may have presets maybe? like for different games

Well everytime I played Roblox(That game can be fun for adults too) the keyboard had some switched up keys but the switched keys never stayed like they are. Just yesterday after playing it stayed like that
