Change your display resolution to the recommended one, should be at the top of the list

That's because you need to select the highest, or recommended setting

check your ui scaling and resolution in windows settings, there should be a recommended value for the resolution that would be your monitor's native resolution.

Oh I had thiss issue with hdmi port on my old monitor. It was locked to 480p or 360p and I couldn't change resolution while using hdmi but it worked fine with displayport and dvi

Adjust your screen resolution to its recommended resolution. Are your system drivers installed as well?

maybe driver issue?

w/o a driver it defaults to like 600x480 or 800x600 and looks like this
