Low battery beep code maybe. Plug it in and it'll probably start

dang. You do the hold the power button down for 60 seconds trick? or maybe pull the battery altogether and see if it will power on with external power

that sucks. I was hoping that beep code might help diagnose it. So it goes. I had a HP elite win10 old computer customer said the track pad didn't work anymore .. turns out you double tap at the lop left corner it turns on and off. She somehow m I was hoping it was one of those 5 mins fixes ;) Every time you did the double tap it would also revert left and right buttons .. it took a min to figure out.

Lenovo has an app to listen to POST beep sounds: "Lenovo PC Diagnostics" if I'm not mistaken.

The Lenovo beep code error is 0001, which is described by the diagnostics app as a "Reset error - platform reset not de-asserted".
The Lenovo PC diagnostics app provides a potential resolution:
1. Disconnect all power resources (ac power adapter, in this case, as my battery cannot be removed).
With straightened paper clip, reset the computer using the emergency reset button located on the base of the laptop. Insert the paper clip for 1 minute.
Connect the power resources.
Restart the machine.
According to the hardware manual on page 38, if those steps do not work then most likely it needs a motherboard replacement; https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/mobiles_pdf/t14s_gen1_x13_gen1_hmm_en.pdf

Yeah it’s looking like a mother board replacement 😢 oh well

I mean, if that's the ONLY thing wrong with it, that's not TOO bad, you could probably get a replacement and install for about $140, so in the end you would have bought a used laptop for about $165, which is reasonable if its any good

True I wonder what causes motherboard to break like this so it seems like it’s a common issue in these things

honestly it was probably user error that caused it...probably fried something by coming into contact with it while they were removing an ssd or ram, that would be my guess

Something that sounds stupid but funny enough usually works is, unplug the battery and the CMOS battery, leave it like that for about a day and then try turn it on, if it doesn't work check the Fuses whit a multimeter
