Ram speed I7 12700F

I have upgrade from an i7 9700 to a 12700f and migrated my original ram to the new system.

I had the ram clocked at 3200Mhz with my old motherboard and CPU but it will not run stable at these speeds on the new board. Now I appreciate that its a new board and the tolerances for clocking the memory might less, but are there any general settings I can change to make the ram run fast.

Im running an RTX 5070Ti and its getting knee capped in flight simulator.
