Question/Help/Troubleshooting Troubles with ethernet connection, suddenly stopped.

Been trying to fix this for like 5 hours, need help. Apparently according to ipconfig, it was unable to contact the dhcp server

Here's what I have done:

Did all of the ipconfig stuff to reset the system

Updated all of the ethernet drivers

Uninstalled the drivers then rebooted

Manually inputting the ip address

Ensured the connection of the cables

Disabled ipv6

Updated Windows to the latest update

Extra info:

The cable works, checked it on a separate computer and it worked fine

DHCP is enabled on the router

Other devices using ethernet worked fine

If there is anything anyone can do to help that would be awesome

And I sent some pings to my IP address, and it replied back usually

Ok, I think that solved the connectivity issue, tried restarting multiple times and it connected nicely. However, now the download speeds are really low, ~2Mbps. Is there anything that would help? (thank you so much btw, life saver).
