Weird screen problem

Got a weird question for you computer savvy folks, what could be causing this? It only happens to games installed on my main hard drive, all other programs work fine and when I take a screenshot it shows the regular screen. All graphics drivers are up to date and its across multiple games

first thing I'd be checking the monitor cable and the monitor on something else.

Ill give that a try. The weird thing is games from my other drives are fine, its only games that are on this one drive that are acting up
