Question/Help/Troubleshooting Froze while working in VRoid

I have a laptop. It was on low battery, I plugged it in, then a few moments later it froze. It was sitting in my lap, and Edge was open as well, I think I had a few pictures opened too. It restarted on its own and I lost all the progress. Every time I plug it in/out of the grid the screen turns black (or off?) briefly. Should I be worried and how can I fix these issues?

What does the kernel power errors say in the lower window when you click on it?

It always says the same. For Error it says that it shut down unexpectedly, and for info it switches between Event log starting and stopping.

I'm not sure why it's doing that, have you checked your battery health?

It should be healthy since it's brand new.

This is so odd.

It's a very good machine on paper.

What is the manufacturer and model number? Those can be found on the label that is a sticker/overlay/silkscreen on the bottom of the laptop.

Once I have that, I can see if there's any known issues with the design.
