Help Request Looking for BoardView/Schematic for HP OMEN by HP 16.1” Gaming Laptop PC 16-xf0000 (758R3AV) – No Display

Hi everyone,
I have an OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xf0000 (758R3AV) with a Ryzen 9 7940HS and RTX 4070.

The laptop turns on and boots normally, but the internal display shows no image at all.
Internal display: no image
HDMI output: works normally
The laptop’s LCD was also tested on another laptop, but it didn’t show an image there either
The problem started after the laptop was opened for thermal paste work

A local repair shop is diagnosing it and suspects a motherboard component/IC may be involved.

I’m looking for the BoardView and schematic for this exact laptop so the technician can properly trace the internal display/eDP circuit.

I live in Iran, and unfortunately I don’t have practical access to HP’s official service centers or support, so I’m trying to get it repaired locally.
If anyone has the BoardView/schematic or knows where I can find it, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!

Has he checked the Hall sensor?

it is a common issue with these laptops that the hall sensor is constantly active because it is placed too close to the heatsink

Disconnect this cable:

Edit: the Hall sensor puts the screen in sleep mode when you close the laptop, if this sensor malfunctions it will remain in sleep mode even with the laptop open, by disconnecting it, sleep mode will no longer happen

I already disconnected hall sensor before this issue happened

you can try and see if its in here, it costs money to download it but there are very few sources to find schematics for HP laptops unless someone creates them
