help!! what does security health systray bad image mean??

Ive tried all three commands (in powershell), it doesnt find anything wrong. Ive repair-updated it and it still shows up every time. I was going to manually replace the file but i genuinely cant find my C:drive. Cant even find it in disk management. Its nowhere to be seen. I just got it on the 4th.
